Payment of professional fees.
Any professional fees incurred in connection with the subdivision review shall be paid by the applicant, who shall deposit an amount of monies in escrow with the Building Department, in an amount determined by the Building Inspector, at the time of the application. Billing statements submitted in connection with the subdivision review shall be paid from this escrow account, which shall be replenished at the request of the Building Department. All fees must be paid in full prior to final plat being executed by the Chairman of the Planning Board.
